Shoulder catches and pops randomly? - pain in shoulder when steering left
A few weeks ago I started to do, push-ups with my son, and pain in his right shoulder. He had not even attempted. Since then something has been found and is not in pain site. The pain does not last, but the popping and pain become more consistent, but always random. I tried to start a movement and it hurts just to see the shoulder at the end of the rotation. So you turn the wheel to the left, it is often pop. Ideas? Do not say to a doctor to see me, relax or something. Thank you.

You can test the ice, stretching, and do not support the weight strength exercises for some time, but the chances are good that we will visit a specialist sooner rather than later. Thus slightly more damage to the joints and soft tissue (for example) of the rotator cuff.
My wife went through it a few years ago, torn cartilage, had to undergo surgery. It is much better now that they are not on any day to day anger rule, but recovery took up to 12 months.
